Is a used Defender 110 in Abu Dhabi a terrible idea or just a regular bad idea and will an inspection actually tell me which one it is?

Been driving past this 2020 Defender 110 P400 over at a showroom near the airport for about two weeks now and I finally stopped in to look at it up close and now I can't get the thing out of my head even though my rational brain keeps whispering things like "coolant leaks" and "infotainment glitches" and "why are the rear brake discs already scored at thirty thousand kilometers" and the sales guy of course says it's flawless and was owned by a gentleman who only used it to drive between his villa and the golf club but the tire wear on the front left tells a slightly different story about how enthusiastically it's been taking roundabouts, I've owned a few Japanese SUVs before and they just kind of exist without drama but I know stepping into the Land Rover world is a different kind of relationship and I'm trying to go in with my eyes open instead of just being blinded by the boxy silhouette and the alpine windows, I asked around in a couple of local off road groups and a few people mentioned getting a Land Rover pre-purchase car evaluation done by a shop that actually knows where to look for the common Defender specific issues like the panoramic roof seal alignment and the condition of the air suspension reservoir tank which apparently likes to corrode in this climate, I guess I'm just trying to figure out if a thorough inspection on one of these new generation Defenders really digs deep enough to predict whether I'm signing up for a reliable family adventure mobile or just a very handsome and expensive lawn ornament that'll spend more time on a flatbed than on the Corniche.
